§ Mr. BrittanFour of the junior attendance centres in the West Midlands—Birmingham A, Bilston, Coventry and Smethwick—and four in West Yorkshire—Bradford, Dewsbury, Halifax and Leeds—are available for the reception of boys aged 17 and 18 in addition to those in the normal age range of 10–16.
