§ Mr. RifkindGrants are paid to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents in respect of its road and home safety functions in Scotland. The sums paid during the last four financial years are as follows:

ROSPA's Scottish 75W Office engages in publicity and promotion work; organising the child cyclists proficiency scheme; and servicing the Scottish Accident Prevention Council. A breakdown of the costs of each of these activities is not available.
