§ Mr. John MooreI am presently considering proposals put forward by representatives of the fishing industry. I have in mind that a code of practice concerning oil and fishing activities should be prepared in consultation with the representatives of the two industries, and with the Fisheries Departments, and my Depart-32W ment will be undertaking discussions to that end.
