Mr. Strang

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) whether an increase in the common prices of an agricultural commodity for which there is a régime within the EEC requires a unanimous decision of the Council of Ministers;

(2) whether a decision to extend the marketing year for a commodity covered by the common agricultural policy requires a unanimous decision of the-Council of Ministers.
