asked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will list the travel-to-work areas in England and Wales in which, at the latest convenient date, percentage unemployment was higher than for Northern Ireland.

Following are the employment office areas, either singly or grouped to form travel-to-work areas, which at 13 March 1980 had unemployment rates higher than the figure of 11.5 per cent. for Northern IrelandCamelford, Cardigan, Consett*, Ebbw Vale*, Falmouth, Hartlepool, Helston, Holyhead*, Hunstanton, Ilfracombe, Kingsbridge, Lampeter*, Liverpool*, Mablethorpe, Newquay, Ormskirk*, Rhyl, St. Ives, Skegness, Tenby, Tywyn, Wadebridge, Wearside*, Whitby. Some of these areas are resorts, for which the rates may be higher in March than during the holiday season. *Travel-to-work area.
