§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will list in the Official Report the Governments who have indicated their disapproval of athletes from their countries attending the Olympic Games.
§ Mr. HurdAccording to the latest information available to us the following 37 Governments in addition to Her Majesty's Government have publicly indicated their disapproval of athletes from their countries attending the Olympic Games in Moscow: Albania, Australia, Bahrain, Belize, Bermuda, Canada, Central African Republic, Chile, China, Djibouti, Egypt, Fiji, Haiti, Federal Republic of Germany, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iran, Japan, Kenya, Liberia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Morocco, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Swaziland, United States of America and Zaire.
Other Governments are believed to hold similar views but have not so far stated them publicly.
