§ Mr. StanleyWe have been considering the question of protection for mobile home residents. The position is that those who have agreements under the Mobile Homes Act 1975 will normally have security of tenure of their pitches and the other benefits of the Act until the end of 1983 at the earliest. Well before then we shall decide whether fresh legislation is needed and, if so, what form it should take.
