§ Mr. HeseltineI am appointing Mr. Hugh Cubitt to be the next chairman of the Housing Corporation. He will succeed Sir Lou Sherman, whose term of office ends on 30 April 1980. The appointment will be for three years. I wish to express my appreciation to Sir Lou for the important contribution he has made to the major development of the housing association movement over the past three years.
