§ Mr. Pawseyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what action he will take to rectify the fact that almost all state of war planning teams were under-staffed by comparison with his Department's recommendation contained in circular ESI/ 1972; and if he will make a statement;
(2) what steps he proposes to take to ensure that county councils are able to meet the official requirements for billeting and shelter in the event of war.
