Whether the Health and Safety Commission has received the full report of Dr. Jenny Martin on the health of 41 men contaminated by the chemical 245T at the plant operated by Coalite Ltd. at Bolsover, and whether this report will be made available to the trade union concerned.
The Earl of GOWRIEI am informed by the chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that the report has now been received by the Health and Safety Executive. The Executive are assessing the report and will consider what further
780WA action is necessary once they have completed their assessment. The results of the Executive's assessment will be made available to the company and the trade unions concerned.
