§ Mr. Wellbelovedasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, further to the statement by the Under-Secretary of State, Official Report, 28 February, col. 1543, that it is the Government's desire to have as many outlets as possible for the sale of television licences, he intends to expand sales to additional outlets; whether sub-postmasters will lose business to other outlets; and what effect he estimates this change will have on their incomes.
