§ Mr. Jim LesterI am advised by the Manpower Services Commission that the average occupancy level at its North Staffordshire employment rehabilitation centre over the last year has been 48. On the basis of the experimental proposals currently being considered it is likely that North Staffordshire ERC would have the equivalent of an occupancy level of 45.
