asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science how many documents and reports his Department has published under the "Croham Directive" since May 1979; and if he will list them.

It is not possible to identify separately material published as a result of the Croham directive from that which would have been published in the normal course of events. Leaving aside regular or routine publications, and papers not given general publication but made available to interested parties, documents and reports published by my Department since May 1979 include the following: Local Authority Arrangements for the Curriculum—Report on Circular 14/77.
