§ Mr. BrittanIn January 1980, 37 persons were detained under the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1976 in Great Britain; six of these were charged with offences. In February 1980, 25 persons were detained, three of whom were charged. It is planned to issue a Home Office statistical bulletin giving figures for the first quarter of 1980 in the second half of April.
