§ Mr. PrenticeIt is expected that the decision will be announced when the report is received from the barrister appointed to conduct the inquiry.
On 27 September 1979 the applicant's solicitor applied for an order for discovery and inspection of relevant documents and records of the employer and the Department. This order was complied with by the solicitor representing the employer on 27 February 1980. The inquiry will be held on 23 April 1980.
