§ Mr. Tilleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, further to his reply, Official Report, 26 November 1979, column 535, he has yet decided on the terms of disposal of Greater London Council properties in the borough of Lambeth to the borough of Wandsworth.
§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe Secretary of State has approved in principle the Greater London Council's proposal to dispose of those properties on the Patmore and Carey Gardens estates which are in Lambeth to the London borough of Wandsworth, on the same terms as apply to the transfer to Wandsworth by order under the London Government Act of the rest of those estates. Formal consent to the disposal will be issued shortly.
