asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he is satisfied with the current position regarding the sale of butter by the European Economic Community to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

No. We are totally opposed to the sale of subsidised butter to the USSR and will continue to press for effective EEC action to bring this about.
