asked the Lord Privy Seal what is his latest estimate of the number of United Kingdom and Colonies passport holders and dependants still entitled to come to the United Kingdom for permanent settlement from East African Commonwealth countries under agreed quota arrangements.

The latest estimates of United Kingdom passport holders (UKPH) who may be eligible for vouchers under the special voucher scheme, and their UKPH dependants, are:—

Kenya 17,000
Malawi 4,600
Tanzania 9,000
Zambia 3,800
