asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what 'would be the increase in tobacco products duty necessary to restore the duty to the same proportion of the retail price of a packet of 20 standard size tipped cigarettes as it was the last time it was increased; and by how much such an increase would raise the price of such a packet of cigarettes.
