§ Mr. Douglas-Mannasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will publish a revised table, on the lines of table III.28 of technical volume I of the "Housing Policy Review", Cmnd. 6951, showing the current estimates of demand or need for public sector housing in the period 1980–86, and of the supply from standing stock; whether he will outline the changes in assumptions between the time when "Housing Policy Review" was prepared and the present time; how many householders on current estimates, in need of housing in the public sector will be deprived of the opportunity of obtaining such housing by the implementation of the policies outlined in his statement on Thursday 21 February in each of the years 1980–81 to 1985–86; and whether he wishes to reconsider or amplify the reply given to the hon. Member for Mitcham and Morden in the course of questions on that statement.
