But the French action against British sheepmeat is an illegal barrier to trade and I refer to the statement made by my hon. Friend the Minister of State, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, on 5 March concerning the continuing action—[Vol. 980, c. 476–88]—being taken by the Commission to resolve the issue.
