Articles 16, 17 and 18 of the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, and regulations made thereunder, set out the legislative provisions governing religious education in grant-aided primary 474W schools. The detailed arrangements for collective worship and religious instruction in a particular school are made in accordance with the law and are under the control of the appropriate school authorities.
