§ Mr. TebbitReports of preliminary inquiries into shipping casualties are prepared for consideration within my Department and are not published. The preliminary inquiry into the loss of the "Pool Fisher" has been completed and I shall consider in the light of the report what further action is necessary, including the need for further inquiries in the form of a public formal investigation.
