§ Mr. TebbitThe Fishing Vessel (Safety Provisions) Rules 1975 establish safety standards and provide for the regular statutory survey of all commercial fishing vessels 12m or more in length. The implementation of the rules is kept under review by my Department's Fishing Industry Safety Group, which is fully representative of the industry.
