§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergIf the Bill is passed as it now stands, a secure tenancy 433W will end at the coming into force of a possession order, whereas tenancies now end at the expiry of a notice to quit. Rent will therefore be payable, and rebates claimable, until a later stage, although not necessarily until the occupant leaves.
