§ Dr. VaughanThe estimated percentage of expenditure incurred by health authorities in England attributable to headquarters administration in the financial year 1978–79 was 4.15. The comparable percentages for Wales and Scotland were 4.17 and 4.07 respectively. We have no comparable information for other countries.
