§ Mr. Alexander FletcherAs part of its remit to cover issues relating to the Scottish economy the Scottish Economic Council advises my right hon. Friend on oil issues. He also receives advice on specific aspects of oil developments from a range of bodies with relevant expertise and responsibilities.
