§ Mr. Jim LesterHer Majesty's Government explained in a White Paper—Cmnd. 7786—which was laid before Parliament on 21 December 1979, that they propose to ratify the convention, and action is currently being taken by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to communicate the instrument of ratification to the Director-General of the International Labour Office.
