(2) if he will list the number of households and the rate per 1,000 population in each region who received assistance with the installation of telephones in 1978–79;
(3) if will fist the number of households and the rate per 1,000 population in each region who received assistance with the provision of aids in 1978–79;
(4) if he will list the number of people and the rate per 1,000 population in each region who received assistance with adaptations to the home in 1978–79;
(5) if he will list the number of people and the rate per 1,000 population in each region who received assistance with holidays in 1978–79.
