§ Mr. TebbitI have had no recent consultations with the Civil Aviation Authority on the subject of denied boarding compensation. The authority, in proposing a scheme, was acting upon a recommendation of the European Civil Aviation Conference in March last year. The United Kingdom supported this recommendation.
