HC Deb 05 March 1980 vol 980 c183W
46. Mr. Dubs

asked the Solicitor-General for Scotland if he is satisfied with the operation of the criminal courts in Scotland.

The Solicitor-General for Scotland

I will be satisfied with the operation of the criminal courts in Scotland only when the criminal law and court procedures are seen to be perfect. The actual operation of the courts is, of course, the responsibility of my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Scotland.
