§ Dr. VaughanIf the proposals in "Patients First" are confirmed as policy, there will be consultations on how they should be implemented locally. Until decisions are taken, after those consultations, it is not possible to make a meaningful estimate of how many, if any, employees will become redundant. We hope that much can be achieved by natural wastage and our scheme for early retirement.
