§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Trade in how many instances in each of the past five years there have been prosecutions for insider dealing in relation to company shares.
§ Mr. EyreInsider dealing is not an offence at present. The Companies Bill which the House is currently considering makes it one.
