§ 45. Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Trade (1) if he is satisfied that the present requirements of the Companies Acts are sufficient to ensure that details of the transactions in shares in a public quoted company are known sufficiently quickly after the transaction takes place for them to be properly scrutinised by interested parties and investigated if appropriate;
