Member for Swansea, East, (Mr. Anderson) Official Report, 20 February, on his refusal to sanction the hiving-off of British Railways' assets, if he will set out the proposals which he is now discussing with British Railways.
§ Mr. FowlerI am considering with the Railways Board ways of involving private capital in some of the board's subsidiary businesses. I have particularly asked it to examine the possibility of setting up a holding company.
