§ Lord CULLEN of ASHBOURNEAlcohol presents a health risk only if misused and, although it is sometimes suggested that a health warning on drinks containers might act as a continuing form of health education, it would be extremely difficult to devise a succinct, accurate and unambiguous warning. There are no plans to attempt this.
