§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) how many special programmes for the unemployed are currently being administered by the Manpower Services Commission; if he will name each programme; how much public money is detailed for the operation of each in 1979–80 and 1980–81; and how many public officials are employed by the Manpower Services Commission to administer each programme;
(2) if he will list under headings the forms sent to employers under special programmes by the Manpower Services Commission; whether forms are single, duplicate or in triplicate; what is the estimated cost of postage by so doing; how many public servants are required to administer each stage of the process; and if he will make a statement with regard to the amount of paper sent and the steps he is taking to reduce it.
