HC Deb 26 June 1980 vol 987 cc317-8W
Mr. Dalyell

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on his talks with Mr. Robert McNamara, so far as they relate to Her Majesty's Government's attitude towards a world aid and food plan.

Sir Geoffrey Howe

[pursuant to his reply, 25 June 1980, c. 205]: Neither I nor other Ministers have had the opportunity to meet Mr. McNamara in recent months. The Government's attitude to the Brandt Commission report was explained in the debate on 16 June.
