§ Lord MOWBRAY and STOURTONThe Nature Conservancy Council is the statutory adviser to Government on such matters. In providing advice on waterfowl populations they draw heavily on data supplied by the Wildfowl Trust, the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds and the British Trust for Ornithology.
