§ Mr. Moyleasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will now publish the Shooter report on the outbreak of smallpox in Birmingham, in view of the admission of liability made by Birmingham university.
§ Mr. Patrick JenkinI was advised yesterday that there is now no legal obstacle to the publication of the report. I have put in hand arrangements for it to be published as soon as possible; the university is being notified to this effect.
