§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) how many letters and 269W petitions he has received concerning the Government's change of mind on the issue of the fourth channel as a Welsh language channel in Wales; and how many of these were in favour of the Government's proposals;
(2) what organisations have made representations to him regarding the Government's decision not to allocate the fourth channel in Wales as a Welsh language channel.
