§ Mr. KingThe cash limit on rate support grant for 1980–81 allows for new pay and price changes affecting local authorities of 13 per cent., and includes a realistic additional allowance to cover the effects of comparability awards announced since November 1979. No decisions have been taken yet about 1981–82.
