§ Sir Geoffrey Howe[pursuant to his reply, 24 June 1980, c. 143]: I have attended and spoken at occasions organised by the National Federation of Building Trades Employers and the Electrical Contractors' Association. Other Treasury Ministers have also met bodies representing the construction industry. In addition, I have had a number of personal contacts with individuals and companies engaged in the construction industry.
