§ Mr. RifkindCertain of the recommendations relating to civil law and civil procedure in Scotland are to be given further consideration in the light of the report of the Royal Commission on legal services in Scotland and forthcoming reports of the Scottish Law Commission on family law and the spouse's right to occupancy of the matrimonial home.
