§ Mr. MayhewMy right hon. Friend is ready at any time to discuss with Mr. Murray ways of improving industrial relations including the making and implementing of dispute procedures. Agreement upon dispute procedures is, however, a matter for negotiation between employers and trade unions in individual industries and undertakings.
