§ Mr. John MooreThe Government are already encouraging coal conversion through, for example, its support for the IEA pressurised fluidised bed combustion facility at Grimethorpe, and design studies on two oil from coal pilot plants for the further development of technology devised in NCB laboratories. The Government are now considering whether to provide financial support for the construction of the oil from coal pilot plant.
