§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeSubject to the satisfactory completion of statutory procedures and the availability of funds, work could start on the M1 to Kettering and Kettering southern bypass sections in 1984 and on the Kettering—A1 section, including possibly a new bridge near Thrapston, in 1985.
