§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI regret that full information for 1979, comparable to the 1978 figures given in answer to the hon. Member on 18 February, cannot be provided until later this year. Provisional estimates for 1979 of all under 15-year-old casualties in cars and taxis (including those who were illegally driving the vehicle concerned) are as follows:
