§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how long each of the five life sentence prisoners currently segregated for good order and discipline at Wakefield prison has been so segregated.
§ Mr. BrittanThere are four prisoners serving sentences of life imprisonment at Wakefield prison who are currently segregated from other prisoners under the provisions of rule 43 of The Prison Rules 1964 for good order or discipline and they have been so segregated for 98 weeks, 44 weeks, 36 weeks and 14 weeks.
