§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Trade if the latest report submitted by Lonrho under the EEC code of conduct regarding payment of black African workers employed by British companies in South Africa was completed in standard form and fully comprehensive ; and whether, as previously published, all 1,781 workers previously paid by Lonrho below the poverty datum line are now paid above this standard.
